SIDECAR
Born in the early 1900s, it is one of the six key cocktails according to The Fine Art of Mixing Drinks. The first sour of the modern era, ours is an elegant version: the protagonist is the Cointreau, French brandy-based liqueur, with strong orange aromas. It is accompanied by the French brandy ST Remy XO.
COSMOPOLITAN
A modern classic perfect in every season. With Ketel One, Cointreau’s sweet-spicy orange, cranberry and lime, it is perfect to find in the glass a sweet flavor with sour aftertaste. Popular thanks to the TV series "Sex and the city", it is now recognized as the most glamorous cocktail.
NEGRONI
The king of Campari cocktails. It was created in Florence by Count Negroni between 1919 and 1920 and today is one of the most appreciated between the classic Italian aperitif cocktails. It became popular also thanks to Ian Flaming who cited the cocktails in his series novel about James Bond.
OLD FASHIONED
The origins of this drink go back so far in time that it is hard to believe who is credited with its authorship. Originally it was called Whiskey Cocktail, as it expressed the classic formula established in 1806: distillate, sugar, water.
