The first sour of modern times, ours is an elegant version: Cointreau, the French brandy-based liqueur, takes centre stage with its distinct orange aroma. We have teamed it with French brandy, ST Remy XO.
COSMOPOLITAN
A contemporary classic which is a must all year round. Made with Ketel One Vodka, the sweet-yet-spicy notes of Cointreau, cranberry and lime make it perfect for those in search of a sweet flavour with a sharp aftertaste. Made popular by TV series ""Sex and the City"", today it is acknowledged as the most glamorous cocktail of them all.
NEGRONI
The timeless king of the Campari cocktails. First crafted in Florence by Count Negroni between 1919 and 1920, it still remains one of the best-loved classic Italian aperitifs of all. It also achieved popularity thanks to Ian Flaming, who mentions the cocktail in one of his James Bond novels.
OLD FASHIONED
The origins of this drink are lost in the mists of time, making it hard to credit those claiming to have invented it. It was originally known as the Whiskey Cocktail because it used the classic formula first established in 1806: spirits, sugar, water and bitters.
