In 1832 in Italy the first solid chocolate was born: it was the Chocolate Sforza, a crumbly fondant chocolate made with a secret mixture of 4 qualities of cocoa; still today in Majani they reproduce the ancient process that chocolatiers pass down from generation to generation.
To enhance its characteristics, the Scorza Grezza 90% was born, a cold-worked chocolate, without passage neither in the conca nor in the refiner. In this way the dough preserves the graininess of the cocoa paste obtained from the grinding of the toasted grains.
In addition, hand tempering amplifies its aromatic bouquet. Intense and persistent on the palate, it is perfect to indulge in a moment of sublime tasting.
