The history of Lemon Grass Citrus

This signature cocktail crafted by Patrick Pistolesi uses Lemongrass, a cornerstone of South-East Asian cooking. Known for its sweet citrus scent and a vibrant lemon flavour, it was the obvious choice when Patrick thought about creating a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail. He also gave this cocktail a tropical lift with the deliciously sweet notes of Grenadine.
